药品质量标准在药品质量评价中的研究现状分析

摘　　要：目的探讨药品质量标准在药品质量评价中的研究现状。方法选取600种药学部病区药房中的药品和300例出院带药患者为研究对象,将2021年1~6月医院病区药房的300种药品和150例出院带药患者作为对照组,2021年7~12月医院病区药房的300种药品和150例出院带药患者作为观察组。对照组未实施药品质量管理干预,观察组根据药品质量管理标准实施药品质量管理干预。观察并比较两组3个月内近效期药品、损坏情况以及患者满意度。结果与对照组3个月内近效期药品占比36.00%、损坏率7.67%比较,观察组3个月内近效期药品占比23.67%、损坏率1.67%均更低(P<0.05)。与对照组患者满意度65.33%比较,观察组患者满意度88.00%明显更高(P<0.05)。结论在病区药房实施基于药品质量标准的管理能够有效提高药品的质量评价效果,降低3个月内近效期药品占比和损坏率,提高出院带药患者的满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the current research status of drug quality standards in drug quality evaluation.Methods 600 types of drugs in the ward pharmacy and 300 patients discharged with medicines were selected as the study subjects,of which 300 types of drugs and 150 patients discharged with medicines in the ward pharmacy of the hospital from January to June 2021 were taken as the control group,and 300 types of drugs and 150 patients discharged with medicines in the ward pharmacy of the hospital from July to December 2021 were taken as the observation group.The control group did not implement drug quality management interventions,and the observation group implemented drug quality management interventions according to drug quality management standards.The near-expiry drugs and damages within 3 months,and patient satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The percentage of near-expiry drugs in the observation group was 23.67% and the damage rate was 1.67% within 3 months,which were lower than 36.00% and 7.67% in the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the observation group was 88.00%,which was significantly higher than 65.33% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of drug quality standard-based management in ward pharmacy can effectively improve the quality evaluation effect of drugs,reduce the percentage of near-expiry drugs and damage rate within 3 months,and improve the satisfaction of patients discharged with medicines,which is worthy of popularization and application.
