腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果及对患者心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探究腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取于本院接受手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者60例为研究对象,采用摸球法分为对照组及研究组,每组30例。对照组采用开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,研究组采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、术后首次下床活动时间、排气时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者接受腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,可加快术后恢复,减轻心理负担,临床效果理想。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids who received surgical treatment in the hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by touch ball method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open hysteromyomectomy,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,the first time of getting out of bed and the exhaust time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and selfrating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy can accelerate the postoperative recovery and reduce the psychological burden of patients with uterine fibroids,and the clinical effect is ideal.
