脑波治疗仪联合盐酸多奈哌齐对轻中度AD患者认知功能、血清Hcy、CHE、ALP水平及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究脑波治疗仪联合盐酸多奈哌齐对轻中度阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者认知功能、血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平及生活质量的影响,以期为轻中度AD患者的治疗提供合理方案。方法选取2022年6月-2023年6月赣州市第三人民医院100例轻中度AD患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组予以口服盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,观察组于此基础上进行脑波治疗仪脑反射治疗,均连续治疗10周。比较两组治疗前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、血清生化指标(CHE、Hcy、ALP)水平、阿尔茨海默病生活质量量表(QOL-AD)评分、日常生活活动量表(ADL)评分。结果治疗后观察组MoCA、MMSE、QOL-AD、ADL评分较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组Hcy、ALP水平较对照组低,CHE水平较对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论轻中度AD患者采用脑波治疗仪联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,可有效改善认知功能及Hcy、ALP、CHE水平,提高患者生活质量,且具有一定安全性,是临床治疗轻中度AD患者的合理有效方案。Objective To explore the effects of brainwave therapy instrument combined with donepezil hydrochloride on cognitive function,serum cholinesterase(CHE),homocysteine(Hcy),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)levels and quality of life in patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease(AD),in order to provide a reasonable treatment plan for patients with mild to moderate AD.Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,100 patients with mild to moderate AD in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with oral donepezil hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with brain wave therapy apparatus for 10 weeks.The scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),Simple Intelligent Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE),serum biochemical indicators(CHE,Hcy,ALP),Alzheimer's disease Quality of Life Scale(QOL-AD)and Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,MoCA,MMSE,QOL-AD and ADL scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hcy and ALP in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the levels of CHE were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Brainwave therapy combined with donepezil hydrochloride can effectively improve cognitive function,Hcy,ALP and CHE levels,improve the quality of life of patients with mild to moderate AD,and has certain safety,and is a reasonable and effective plan for clinical treatment of patients with mild to moderate AD.
