摘　　要：目的对北京市密云区2023年青少年近视检测结果进行分析,探讨存在的问题及对策,同时应用耳穴压豆有效预防和控制学生近视的发生。方法对北京市密云区两所小学1035名学生进行视力验光检查,并进行耳穴压豆贴敷,对监测结果进行统计学分析与评估。结果共检测青少年1035人,总体近视检出率为33.6%。其中男生为33.8%,女生为33.5%。经过2个月的耳穴压豆贴敷,学生右眼、左眼的总体有效率分别为38.1%、34.1%。结论目前该区青少年近视率仍然处于较高水平,要增强近视可以预防的观念,实施综合干预,促进青少年的视力健康。应用耳穴压豆的中医疗法可有效延缓青少年近视进程、改善视力,具有一定的临床疗效,可在全区进行推广。Objective To analyze the results of myopia detection in 2023 adolescents in Miyun District,Beijing,discuss the existing problems and countermeasures,and effectively prevent and control the occurrence of myopia in students by applying auriculus pressure.Methods 1035 students from two primary schools in Miyun District of Beijing were examined by optometry,and the results were analyzed and evaluated statistically.Results A total of 1035 adolescents were monitored,and the overall myopia detection rate was 33.6%.Among them,33.8 percent were boys and 33.5 percent were girls.After 2 months of ear point pressure and bean paste,the overall effective rate of students'right eye and left eye was 38.1%and 34.1%,respectively.Conclusion The myopia rate of teenagers in our district is still at a high level.It is necessary to enhance the awareness of myopia prevention and implement comprehensive intervention,so as to promote the eyesight health of teenagers.The application of auricular point pressure bean of traditional Chinese medicine therapy can effectively delay the process of myopia,improve eyesight,has a certain clinical effect,can be promoted in the whole area.
