摘　　要：随着“互联网+”战略的深入实施,中小企业面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。会计信息化作为提升企业管理效率和竞争力的重要手段,其管理模式亟需与时俱进。文章旨在探讨“互联网+”背景下中小企业会计信息化管理模式的创新与实践。首先,分析“互联网+”对中小企业会计信息化的影响,包括提升数据处理效率、优化资源配置、推动会计人员转型等方面。其次,剖析“互联网+”环境下中小企业会计信息化的困境及其成因。最后,结合中小企业的特点,提出构建适应“互联网+”环境的会计信息化管理模式,包括选择合适的会计信息化系统、完善信息化内部控制体系、推进业财融合等;并对技术、流程、理念加以创新。With the in-depth implementation of the"internet+"strategy,small and medium-sized enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Accounting informatization is an important method to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprise management,and its management mode needs to keep pace with the times.This paper aims to explore the innovation and practice of accounting information management mode of small and medium-sized enterprises under the background of"internet+".First of all,it analyzes the impact of"internet+"on accounting informatization of small and medium-sized enterprises,including improving data processing efficiency,optimizing resource allocation,and promoting the transformation of accounting personnel.Secondly,it analyzes the difficulties and related reasons of accounting informatization of small and medium-sized enterprises under the"internet+"environment.Finally,combining the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper puts forward the construction of accounting information management mode that adapts to the"internet+"environment,including selecting the appropriate accounting information system,improving the information internal control system,promoting the integration of industry and finance,and innovating the related technologies,processes and concepts.
