摘　　要：研究聚焦于数据跨境监管对跨国公司治理机制的影响与优化,通过深入剖析数据跨境监管概念、跨国公司的治理原则及其面临的问题,揭示跨国公司在全球化运营过程中面临的复杂挑战。针对数据治理合规性、国际合作与法规冲突、治理效率与成本平衡等问题,提出了基于大数据分析的优化策略,旨在提升治理透明度、优化数据存储、协调国际法律,并确保跨国公司内部治理机制的一致性。研究旨在为跨国公司更好地应对全球化环境中的数据治理和合规性挑战提供理论指导,为相关领域进行学术研究提供有益参考。This study focuses on the impact and optimization of cross-border data supervision on the governance mechanism of multinational corporations.Through an in-depth analysis of the concept of cross-border data regulation,the principles and problems of multinational corporate governance,the complex challenges faced by multinational corporations in global operations are revealed.For data governance compliance,international cooperation and conflicts of regulations,governance efficiency and cost balance,and other issues,the optimization strategy based on big data analysis is proposed to improve the governance transparency,optimize the data storage and international legal coordination,and ensure the consistency of internal governance mechanisms in multinational corporations.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical guidance for multinational corporations to better cope with the challenges of data governance and compliance in the globalized environment,and to provide useful reference for academic research in related fields.
