摘　　要：本文研究了基于网络视频资源的小学信息科技教学管理系统的设计,系统充分利用网络视频资源的优势,结合现代教育理论,为小学信息科技教学提供便捷、高效的教学管理平台。该系统集成了视频资源管理、在线教学、学生管理、教师管理以及教学评价等功能模块,旨在满足多样化的教学需求,提升教学质量与效率,通过精心设计的系统架构与数据库结构,确保了系统的稳定性、可扩展性和数据安全性,为小学信息科技课程的教学效果提供了有力保障。This paper studies the design of the teaching management system of primary school information technology based on network video resources.The system makes full use of the advantages of network video resources,combined with the modern education theory,and provides a convenient and efficient teaching management platform for primary school information technology teaching.The system which has video resource management,online teaching,student management,teacher management and teaching evaluation function module,aims to meet the demand of diversified teaching,and improve teaching quality and efficiency,through elaborate design of system architecture and database structure,to ensure the stability of the system,scalability and data security,and to improve the teaching effect of primary school information technology courses.
