摘　　要：将企业对项目研发过程中的各环节融入数字电路实训教学中,设计项目研发实训教学方案。缩小学校实训教学与企业工作模式的差异,让学生充分体验企业项目研发模式,培养符合企业需求的人才。教学实践结果表明,学生学科竞赛及项目实践能力取得一定成效,为高校实训教学方案设计提供借鉴。Each link in the process of project research and development was added to the digital circuit practical training course,and then a practical training teaching scheme for project research and development was designed.This integration seeks to bridge the gap between school-based practical training methods and the operational practices of enterprises,enabling students to gain a comprehensive understanding of enterprise project research and development processes and fostering the development of individuals who can effectively meet the demands of the industry.The practical results show that has achieved remarkable results in cultivating students’ability of discipline competition and project practice,offer valuable insights for the development of practical training teaching programs in higher education institutions.
