首发精神分裂症患者血清RasGRP1与炎症因子水平和症状严重程度的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨首发精神分裂症(FES)患者血清Ras蛋白特异鸟嘌呤核苷酸释放因子1(RasGRP1)水平与炎症因子IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平和精神症状严重程度的关系。方法选取48例FES患者(FES组)和30例健康人(对照组),采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清RasGRP1、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估精神症状严重程度。绘制ROC曲线,分析血清指标对FES的诊断价值。Pearson法分析FES患者血清RasGRP1水平与IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平及PANSS评分的相关性。结果FES组血清RasGRP1、IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,RasGRP1诊断FES的AUC高于IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α(0.788 vs.0.614、0.695和0.547)(P<0.05)。FES患者血清RasGRP1水平与IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均呈正相关(r=0.587、0.701、0.412,P<0.05)。FES患者血清RasGRP1水平与PANSS阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、总分均呈正相关(r=0.589、0.673、0.704,P<0.05)。结论FES患者血清RasGRP1水平升高,与IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平呈正相关,并且与精神症状严重程度有关。Objective To explore the relationship of serum Ras guanine nucleotide releasing protein 1(RasGRP1)with interleukin 1β(IL-1β),interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels and symptom severity in the patients with first-episode schizophrenia(FES).Methods Forty-eight FES patients(FES group)and 30 healthy individuals(control group)were selected.Serum levels of RasGRP1,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αwere detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The severity of psychiatric symptoms was assessed using the positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS).ROC curves were drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of serum indicators for FES.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of serum RasGRP1 level with IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αlevels,as well as PANSS scores in the patients with FES.Results Serum levels of RasGRP1,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin FES group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of RasGRP1 for the diagnosis of FES was higher than that of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α(0.788 vs.0.614,0.695 and 0.547)(P<0.05).Serum RasGRP1 level in FES patients was positively correlated with IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α(r=0.587,0.701 and 0.412,P<0.05).Serum RasGRP1 level in FES patients was positively correlated with PANSS positive symptom score,negative symptom score and total score(r=0.589,0.673 and 0.704,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum RasGRP1 level in FES patients is elevated,which is positively correlated with serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αand associated with the severity of psychiatric symptoms.
