摘　　要：SMARCB1/INI-1缺陷型癌是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,发生于肾上腺更罕见。本文报道1例27岁男性患者,因心悸不适1周人院。MRI检查示左肾上腺软组织肿块,信号不均匀;增强扫描示病灶呈轻度不均匀强化。行腹腔镜单侧肾上腺及肿物切除术。术后病理检查证实为SMARCB1/INI-1缺陷型肾上腺癌。术后随访3个月,影像学检查未发现肿瘤局部复发和远处转移。SMARCB1/INI-1 deficient carcinoma is a rare malignant tumor that seldom occurs in the adrenal gland.A 27-year-old male patient who presented with palpitation and discomfort for 1 week was reported.MRI showed a soft tissue mass in the left adrenal gland with inhomogeneous signal and mild inhomogeneous enhancement of the lesion on enhanced scan.The patient underwent laparoscopic unilateral adrenal gland and mass resection,with postoperative pathology confirming SMARCB1/INI-1 deficient adrenal cancer.A 3-month follow-up showed no evidence of local recurrence or distant metastasis on imaging.
