摘　　要：主动监测指患者接受严密监测随访而无需立即进行积极治疗。多项研究结果显示,主动监测作为一种相对安全的前列腺癌治疗方式,能减少过度治疗,是预期寿命大于10年的极低危、低危和少部分中危局限性前列腺癌患者的主要治疗方式之一。主动监测的随访过程包括定期的重复穿刺活检、PSA检查、直肠指检、多参数磁共振(mpMRI)检查等,但监测标准和频率仍未统一。中国仅有少部分患者选择主动监测,需进一步推广。Active surveillance means patients are monitored closely without active treatment immediately.Many studies have shown that active surveillance,as a relatively safe method for prostate cancer patients,can reduce overtreatment,and is one of the main methods for very low risk,low risk and a small proportion of intermediate risk men with a life expectancy more than 10 years.The follow-up process of active surveillance includes regularly repeat needle biopsy,PSA test,digital rectal examination,multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging(mpMRI),etc.However,the monitoring standard and frequency are still not unified.There is still a lack of active surveillance data in China,and further research is needed.
