摘  要:新时代教育改革大背景下提出课程思政的创新教育理念,目的是深化专业课教书育人的内涵。微课作为一种现代化信息教学资源,已被广泛运用于高校专业课教学中。文章以“食品酶学”中“酶的竞争性抑制”为切入点,尝试在微课中融入思政元素,以达到传授学生专业知识的同时,培养学生爱国思想和提高职业素养的目的,期望为进一步深入开展“食品酶学”课程思政教学实践提供参考。In the context of educational reform in the new era,the innovative educational concept of course ideological and political education was put forward to deepen the connotation of teaching and educating people in professional courses.As a modern information teaching resource,micro-classes have been widely used in the teaching of professional courses in colleges and universities.Taking"Competitive Inhibition of Enzymes"in"Food Enzymology"as the starting point,this paper attempted to integrate ideological and political elements into the micro-class to achieve the purpose of teaching students'professional knowledge,cultivating students'patriotism,and improving their professional quality,with a view to providing a reference for further deepening the ideological and political teaching practice of"Food Enzymology".
