摘  要:为了探讨居家网络学习模式下大学生心理资本、社会支持与学习倦怠的关系,采用心理资本量表、社会支持评定量表和学习倦怠量表对安徽省某高校1 050名大学生进行问卷调查。研究显示:在居家网络学习模式下,心理资本和社会支持与大学生学习倦怠显著负相关,心理资本与社会支持显著正相关;心理资本可以显著反向预测大学生学习倦怠;社会支持在心理资本和大学生学习倦怠之间存在显著的调节作用。结论:在居家网络学习模式下,心理资本反向预测大学生学习倦怠;随着社会支持水平的提高,心理资本对学习倦怠的负向预测作用增强。Objective:to explore the relationship between learning burnout and college students’psychologicalcapital as well as that with social support under the mode of online learning at home.Methods:a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1050 college students in a university in Anhui province using the psychological capital scale,social support scale and learning burnout scale.Results:Under the mode of online learning at home,psychological capital(r=-0.577,p<0.001)and social support(r=-0.341,p<0.001)were significantly and negatively correlated with learning burnout,and psychological capital was significantly and positively correlated with social support(r=0.496,p<0.001);Psychological capital could significantly and negatively predict learning burnout(β=-0.54,p<0.001);Social support had a significant moderating effect between psychological capital and learning burnout(β=-0.08,p<0.05).Conclusion:Under the mode of online learning at home,psychological capital reversely predicts college students'learning burnout;with the increase of social support level,the negative predictive effect of psychological capital on learning burnout increased.
