摘　　要：以内科学课程为例,针对当前教学中存在的问题,提出以创新思维推动内科学课程建设,基于以成果为导向的教育理念,将课程整合创新、过程重构创新、考核机制创新3个策略创新性地应用到内科学课程建设中,提高了学生岗位胜任力,对新医科建设背景下内科学课程教学模式进行了有益探索。Taking the internal medicine course as an example,in response to the current problems in teaching,innovative thinking is proposed to promote the construction of internal medicine courses.Based on the results oriented education concept,three strategies of course integration innovation,process reconstruction innovation,and assessment mechanism innovation are innovatively applied to the construction of internal medicine courses,improving student job competence.This is a beneficial exploration of the teaching mode of internal medicine courses under the background of new medical construction.
