护理实习生心理灵活性现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 调查护理实习生心理灵活性现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 2022年8月至2023年10月选取焦作市某三级甲等医院的127名护理实习生作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、接纳与行动问卷第2版(AAQ-Ⅱ)、认知融合分问卷(CFQ-F)进行调查。结果 护理实习生AAQ-Ⅱ总分为(28.937±8.024)分,CFQ-F总分为(37.002±9.881)分,实习时间、文化程度、每月夜班数、对护理的喜欢程度是接纳与行动、认知融合的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 护理实习生心理灵活性水平偏低,护理教育者和护理管理者应依据心理灵活性的影响因素采取针对性、个体化的干预措施,提高护理实习生的心理灵活性水平。Objective To investigate the status of psychological flexibility among nursing interns and analyze influencing factors.Methods 127 nursing interns from a certain Grade-A hospital in Jiaozuo City were selected as the survey subjects from August 2022 to October 2023.The survey was conducted with the General Information Survey Form and the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Second Edition(AAQ-Ⅱ)and Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire-Fusion(CFQ-F).Results The nursing interns′total AAQ-Ⅱscore was(28.937±8.024),The total score of CFQ-F is(37.002±9.881),and internship time,educational level,monthly night shifts,and level of liking for nursing are the influencing factors of acceptance and action,as well as cognitive integration(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing interns′psychological flexibility level is relatively poor.Nursing educators and managers should take targeted and personalized intervention measures based on the influencing factors of psychological flexibility to improve nursing interns′psychological flexibility level.
