摘 要:目的调查高质量发展背景下公立医院护理管理人员职业化现状及影响因素,为提高其职业化水平提供参考。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样法选取护理管理人员作为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果单因素分析结果显示,护理管理人员职业化建设现状调查问卷得分在年龄、文化程度、职称、个人月收入、从事护理管理工作年限、职务及是否有管理学硕士及以上学位方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示,文化程度、个人月收入、从事护理管理工作年限及是否有管理学硕士及以上学位是护理管理人员职业化水平的主要影响因素,能解释总变异量的68.3%(P<0.05)。结论公立医院护理管理人员职业化水平中等偏上,有待于进一步提升。可根据不同人口学特征采取有针对性的干预策略提升护理管理人员职业化水平,使其能更好地采取专业化、科学化的管理手段促进整体护理服务质量的提高。Objective To investigate status and influencing factors of nursing managers′professionalization and countermeasures research in public hospitals under the background of high-quality development,so as to provide reference for improving their professionalization level.Methods A multi-stage random cluster sampling method was used to select nursing managers as the research subjects for questionnaire survey.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of the Survey Questionnaire on the Status of Professionalization Construction among Nursing Managers in terms of age,education level,professional title,monthly income,duration of nursing management work experience,position,and whether they have master′s degree or above in management(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis revealed that education level,personal monthly income,years of experience in nursing management,and having master′s degree or above in management were the main influencing factors on the professionalization level of nursing management personnel,which could explain 68.3%of the total variance(P<0.05).Conclusion The n-ursing managers′professionalization level in public hospitals is above average and needs further improvement.Targeted intervention strategies can be adopted based on different demographic characteristics to enhance nursing managers′professionalization level,enabling them to adopt professional and scientific management methods to promote the overall improvement of nursing service quality.
