摘　　要：立德树人是我国教育事业的根本任务,也是新时代青年教育工作的理论导向和实践指南。李大钊是近代中国青年教育的引路人,结合时代背景对青年的心理状况和现实需求进行深入分析,在长期的实践探索中形成了以树报国之志、学先进理论、行奋进之路为核心的青年教育思想,对于厚植青年爱国情怀、培养青年责任意识、练就青年过硬本领,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。Cultivating virtue and nurturing talents is the fundamental task of China's education,as well as the theoretical guidance and practical guide for youth education in the new era.Li Dazhao was a pioneer in youth education in modern China.Through in-depth analysis of the psychological conditions and practical needs of young people in the context of the times,he formed a youth education ideology centered on the spirit of serving the country,learning advanced theories,and pursuing the path of progress through long-term practical exploration.This has important theoretical and practical significance for cultivating young people's patriotism,promoting their sense of responsibility,and training strong abilities.
