基于服务学习理论的社会工作专业人才培养实践路径研究——以铜陵学院为例

摘　　要：运用服务学习理论开展社会工作专业实践有助于学生塑造专业价值观、拓展专业技能。文章基于铜陵学院社会工作专业人才培养的服务学习实践,发现服务学习具有以树立助人理念为基本导向、沉浸式开展项目践行育人目标、反思实践体验助推学生全面发展的优势,同时存在标准化缺失、服务延续性保障不够、认知分化显著等挑战,并提出构建服务学习的标准化、数字赋能拓展服务范畴、多元主体协同构建学习共同体等实践路径。The application of service learning theory in the practice of social work majors is beneficial for students to shape their professional values and expand their professional skills.By examining the service learning practices in talent cultivation for the social work major at Tongling University,it is found that while service learning serves as a fundamental orientation for instilling the concept of helping others and provides immersive project experiences to nurture students,there are also challenges such as lack of standardization,insufficient continuity of service,and significant cognitive differentiation.This article proposes a service learning pathway for the cultivation of professional talents in social work,focusing on the standardization of service learning,digital empowerment to expand the scope of service,and the collaborative creation of a learning community by diverse stakeholders.
