摘　　要：通过对白铜盘管制造装备、生产工艺及工艺条件、辅助设施等5M1E原始状况的调查分析并实施改进措施,达到提升白铜盘管的产品质量、综合成材率和市场占有率、降低生产成本的目的。Through the investigation and analysis of the 5M1E original condition of copper-nickel coil manufacturing equipment,production process and process conditions,auxiliary facilities,and the implementation of improvement measures,the purpose of improving the product quality,comprehensive yield and market share of copper-nickel coil and reducing the production cost is achieved.
