基于演化博弈的绿色供应链实施主体行为分析

摘　　要：鉴于企业是绿色供应链的实施主体,政府监督在促进企业实施绿色供应链方面发挥着重要作用,通过应用演化博弈理论建立了在政府监管下企业实现绿色供应链的演化博弈模型,得到不同情形下的政企双方演化稳定策略。研究结果表明,随着政府监督的成本提高,提高政府监督的潜力降低,并伴随着企业实施绿色供应链的比例降低;随着政府监督所获得的收益增高,企业实施绿色供应链的比例逐渐上升,政府增强监督的可能性也逐渐提高;政府在加强监督下获得的声誉激励与企业实施绿色供应链行为显著相关。最后,提出了一些对策建议,为政府促进企业实施绿色供应链从而实现可持续发展提供参考借鉴。Enterprises are the agents implementing the green supply chain,and the government plays an important supervisory role in encouraging the enterprises to implement the green supply chain.In this paper,by applying evolutionary game theory,we established an evolutionary game model for enterprises to realize green supply chain under government supervision,and obtained the evolutionary stability strategies of the government and enterprises under different situations.The result shows that with the increase of government supervision cost,the potential of improving government supervision decreases,so does the proportion of enterprises implementing the green supply chain practice.With the increase of the government supervision income,the proportion of enterprises implementing green supply chain gradually increases,so does the possibility of government strengthening supervision.Under enhanced supervision,the government reputation is significantly correlated with the enterprises'green supply chain behavior.Finally,based on the above conclusions,we put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions on how to control government's supervision intensity and actively promote the enterprises to implement green supply chain,providing reference for the government to promote enterprises to implement green supply chain to achieve sustainable development.The recommendations made are as follows:(1)The government should strengthen the promotion of green supply chain products,and build a complete,strict and transparent green supply chain product supervision mechanism.First of all,relevant government departments should adopt diversified publicity channels and strategies to promote the popularity and consumption of green products.Secondly,they should strengthen tax preferences,subsidies and incentives for green supply chains,encourage enterprises to adopt sustainable and environmentally friendly production methods,commend enterprises that have made outstanding achievements in green supply chain management,and encourage other enterprise
