Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)are an important advance in the field of cancer treatment, and have made significant achievements in improving patient prognosis.ICIs has also been widely used in lung cancer patients which is one of the most common malignant tumors. However, patients benefit from immunotherapy with a series of related adverse reactions, namely immune related adverse reactions(irAEs).In the immunotherapy of lung cancer,ICIs-related cardiac toxicity has received more and more attention, including myocarditis, pericarditis, arrhythmia, etc.Although the incidence is low,the severity is high, and even life-threatening.Therefore,it is particularly important to early identify, monitor, and treat the potential cardiac toxicity in lung cancer patients receiving immunotherapy. This article reviews the frontier knowledge in this field to provide clinicians with a more comprehensive understanding and effective clinical management strategies,so as to ensure the safety of lung cancer patients receiving immunotherapy to the greatest extent.
