摘　　要：胃食管反流病是临床常见病,在我国的患病率逐年上升,中医药诊治本病有一定的特色和优势,近年来也取得不少进展,但在基层医院中的应用推广仍不足.因此有必要制定市级中医分级诊疗方案以更好地指导临床实践.本指南由上海市中西医结合学会消化内镜专业委员会、上海市胃食管反流病中医专病联盟、上海市级医院消化内科临床能力促进与提升专科联盟组织我市本领域的有关专家组成专家委员会进行多轮讨论并投票,最终达成共识.Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common clinical disease,and its incidence in China has been increasing year by year.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has certain characteristics and advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of GERD.In recent years,there have been many advances in TCM diagnosis and treatment of GERD,but their application and promotion in grassroots hospitals are still insufficient.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a municipal plan for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of GERD to better guide clinical practice.The guidelines presented here were formulated through multiple rounds of discussion and voting by a committee composed of relevant experts in the field,organized by the Digestive Endoscopy Professional Committee of Shanghai Association of Chinese Integrative Medicine,the Traditional Chinese Medicine Professional Alliance of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease in Shanghai,and the Shanghai Municipal Hospital Specialized Alliance of Digestive Clinical Ability Promotion and Enhancement.
