Potato cultivation faces problems such as high total fertilizer application and low fertilizer utilization efficiency, which increases production costs while causing environmental pollution and a decline in agricultural product quality. This study conducted a new fertilizer experiment in Tengzhou City, which has the largest planting area, the highest yield per unit area, and the highest efficiency level in China's potato two cropping areas,to explore the effects of microbial fertilizer and seaweed fertilizer applied alone or in combination on potato yield and quality. The results showed that microbial fertilizer or seaweed fertilizer, whether applied alone or in combination, can effectively improve plant height, stem diameter, number of main stems per plant, and increase the yield and yield of commercial potatoes.Especially, the effect of combined application is better than that of single application. The research results have verified the field application effect of the new fertilizer and its combined application, which can provide a reference for further research on how to scientifically and reasonably use the new fertilizer.
