摘  要:数字经济的兴起与发展使组织与行业间边界趋于模糊化,因而企业能够通过跨界获得新知识并整合内外部资源以提高新产品开发绩效,然而目前鲜有基于企业层面探讨跨界行为和新产品开发绩效关系的研究。整合开放式创新理论与知识基础观,引入知识耦合作为中介变量,知识距离作为调节变量,构建了一个有调节的中介模型。通过对352份问卷数据的实证分析,探讨了跨界行为与新产品开发绩效的关系、影响路径与边界条件。研究发现:(1)企业跨界行为正向影响新产品开发绩效;(2)替代性知识耦合与互补性知识耦合均在跨界行为和新产品开发绩效中起部分中介作用;(3)知识距离负向调节跨界行为对替代性知识耦合的影响,正向调节跨界行为对互补性知识耦合的影响。研究结果揭示了跨界行为对新产品开发绩效的影响机制和边界条件,对企业提升新产品开发绩效也具有一定的启示。The rise and development of digital technology make digital economy become the main line of world economic development.Digital economy not only brings challenges to enterprises,but also brings new opportunities to enterprises.On the one hand,the devel-opment of digital technology has accelerated the product technology iteration,shortened the product life cycle,and brought great chal-lenges to the enterprise new product research and development.On the other hand,in the age of industrial economy,the logic of enter-prise-led innovation is gradually declining,and the importance of users in enterprise product development is increasingly prominent.Fortunately,the development of digital technology has promoted the blurring and flexibility of the boundaries between organizations and industries,which makes it easier for enterprises to obtain external knowledge through cross-boundary and form new high-quality knowledge through coupling to integrate into the new product development process.However,there is little discussion about the rela-tionship between boundary-spanning behavior and NPD performance.By integrating the theory of open innovation and the view of knowledge base,a moderated mediation model is constructed by introducing the mediator variable of knowledge coupling and knowledge distance as the moderating variable.Based on the empirical analysis of 352 questionnaires,we explore the influencing mechanism of boundary-spanning behavior on NPD performance,the mediating effect of knowledge coupling and the moderating effect of knowledge distance.Study found that:(1)the new product development performance was influenced by corporate boundary-spanning behavior(2)alternative coupling and complementary knowledge coupling in boundary-spanning behavior and new product development per-formance partial intermediary role(3)knowledge distance negative regulating boundary-spanning behavior knowledge about alterna-tive coupling,the influence of positive regulating boundary-spanning behavior of complementary knowledge coupling.The
