“工匠精神”融入金工实习教学的实践研究

摘　　要：文章研究以探索以“工匠精神”为导向,将思政元素融入金工实习教学的方法。首先,分析了工匠精神的重要性及其内涵。其次,探讨了在金工实习课程中培养工匠精神的必要性。然后,探索了将“工匠精神”作为思政元素融入金工实习教学中所面临的困境。最后,提出了培养“工匠精神”的策略,以提升金工实习的育人功能,增强学生的职业自信心,激发学生的积极性和兴趣,为制造业培养优秀人才做出贡献。This paper explores the method of integrating the elements of Civics and Politics into the teaching of goldsmithing internship with the orientation of"Craftsmanship".Firstly,the importance of craftsmanship and its connotation are analyzed.Secondly,the necessity of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship in the goldsmith internship program is explored.Then,the paper explores the dilemma of integrating"craftsmanship"as a Civic and Political element into the teaching of goldsmith internship.Finally,the strategy of cultivating"craftsmanship"is proposed to enhance the nurturing function of metalwork internship,strengthen students'professional self-confidence,stimulate students'motivation and interest,and contribute to the cultivation of excellent talents for the manufacturing industry.
