摘　　要：随着我国交通运输业的快速发展,对应的专业人才需求量也越来越大,但同时要求也越来越高。因此,如何培养出更优秀的城轨专业应用型人才是仍需关注的话题,文章以城市轨道交通运营管理专业的《城市轨道交通概论》为研究对象,在研究该课程现状及特点及基础上,深入挖掘此课程中所蕴含的思政元素,主要将增强社会责任感、爱国情怀、认真敬业、服务意识、创新意识等融入课堂,适应人才培养目标,对传统的讲授法进行教学改革。通过探讨在新工科背景下的思政元素与教改,为后期学习质量提供保证。With the rapid development of China's transportation industry,the corresponding demand for professionals is also increasing,but at the same time,the requirements are getting higher and higher.Therefore,how to cultivate more excellent urban rail professional applied talents is still a topic that needs attention.This paper takes the"Introduction to Urban Rail Transit"of urban rail transit operation and management as the research object,and on the basis of studying the current situation and characteristics of the course,deeply excavates the ideological and political elements contained in this course,mainly integrates the enhancement of social responsibility,patriotic feelings,serious dedication,service consciousness,innovation consciousness,etc.into the classroom,and adapts to the goal of talent training,and carries out teaching reform on the traditional teaching method.By discussing the ideological and political elements and teaching reform in the context of new engineering,it provides a guarantee for the quality of Xi in the later stage.
