摘 要:随着新能源汽车越来越受人们青睐,目前汽车市场及零部件竞争力越来越大,传统的汽车及零部件设计方案虽可满足常规需求,但优势已越来越低。特别是汽车内饰方面,已经是非常成熟的设计及应用,成本已经是很透明的,重量也是越来越达到目前现有行业水平设计状态极限,所以,内饰设计应用的瓶颈越来越明显。为了新能源汽车的崛起及打破这一瓶颈,必须寻找新的创新思路,故降本、减重、环保型聚丙烯发泡材料作为顶棚基材替代原有传统方案是颠覆汽车行业汽车产品应用的一创新亮点。文章以该创新亮点为研究对象,对其进行对标目标的分析、设计方案的分析、实验验证的优化,并通过相应改善以达到降本、减重、提高环保性能的效果,属汽车行业内饰零部件产品的前瞻应用领域。With the increasing popularity of new energy vehicles,the current automotive market and parts are more and more competitive,and traditional automotive and parts design schemes can meet the conventional needs,but the advantages are getting lower and lower.Especially in the automotive interior,it is already a very mature design and application,the cost is already very transparent,and the weight is also increasingly reaching the limit of the current industry level design state,so the bottleneck of the interior design application is becoming more and more obvious.In order to the rise of new energy vehicles and break this bottleneck,it is necessary to find new innovative ideas,so the cost reduction,weight reduction,environmental protection polypropylene foam material as a ceiling substrate to replace the original traditional program is an innovative bright spot to subvert the automotive industry automotive product application.This paper takes the innovation highlight as the research object,analyzes the target,analyzes the design scheme,and optimizes the experimental verification,and then improves it accordingly to achieve the effect of reducing cost,reducing weight and improving environmental performance,which belongs to the prospective application field of interior parts products in the automotive industry.
