摘 要:肿瘤的发生发展深受细胞周围环境的影响。肿瘤细胞与其微环境之间的相互作用已被认为是癌症发展的关键决定因素之一,并且正在得到广泛研究。微生物组可以调节人体的免疫系统和抗肿瘤特性,从而影响膀胱癌的进展和肿瘤发生。因此,微生物组可用作生物标志物以及用于膀胱癌不同阶段的治疗。The occurrence and development of tumors are deeply affected by the environment surrounding cells.The interaction between tumor cells and their microenvironment has been recognized as one of the key determinants of cancer development and is being extensively studied.The microbiome can modulate the body's immune system and anti-tumor properties,thereby influencing bladder cancer progression and tumorigenesis.Therefore,the microbiome can be used as a biomarker as well as in the treatment of different stages of bladder cancer.
