摘 要:针对倾转旋翼机各部件气动干扰规律和流动机理进行研究。首先,采用滑移网格技术,建立一套适用于多桨形式的倾转旋翼机非定常流场的CFD方法;其次,对孤立旋翼、机身和不同状态下旋翼/机翼/机身干扰的气动特性进行计算分析;最后,根据不同结构参数对旋翼和机身气动特性的影响规律,揭示前飞状态下倾转多旋翼机非定常干扰流场的流动机理。结果表明,前飞巡航时,旋翼桨尖涡会向后脱落与机翼相互作用,导致倾转旋翼机机身阻力出现周期性变化,同时机身阻力平均值也有所增加,随着前飞速度的增加,旋翼对机翼的气动干扰增强。The aerodynamic interference laws and flow mechanisms of various components of tiltrotor aircraft were studied. Firstly, a CFD method suitable for the unsteady flow field of multi blade tiltrotor aircraft was established by using the sliding grid technology. Secondly, the aerodynamic characteristics of isolated rotor, fuselage, and rotor/wing/fuselage interference under different states were calculated and analyzed. Finally, based on the influence of different structural parameters on the aerodynamic characteristics of the rotor and fuselage, the flow mechanism of the unsteady interference flow field of the tilting multi rotor aircraft in the forward flight state was revealed. The results show that during the forward flight cruising, the rotor blade tip vortices detach backwards and interact with the wings, causing periodic changes in the body resistance of the tiltrotor aircraft. At the same time, the average body resistance also increases. As the forward flight speed increases, the aerodynamic interference of the rotor on the wings increases.
