摘 要:目的 考察水提法、超声辅助提取法和酶解提取法对抗纤方多糖类成分的影响,为制定医院制剂配制工艺提供参考。方法 以抗纤方3种不同提取工艺的提取液为研究对象,以提取液中多糖的含量为指标,以紫外-可见分光光度法为检测方法,采用正交优选法分别优选出抗纤方的最佳水提工艺、最佳超声辅助提取工艺和最佳酶解提取工艺,根据实验结果比较3种提取工艺的优劣。结果 3种提取工艺中,水提法、超声辅助法和酶解提取法溶液中多糖含量分别为9.80 mg/ml、7.82 mg/ml和7.05 mg/ml。结论 在抗纤方3种不同提取工艺中,水提法明显优于超声辅助法和酶解提取法。Objective To investigate the effects of water extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis extraction on the polysaccharide components of Kangxianfang,and to provide reference for the formulation of hospital preparations.Methods Taking the extract of three different extraction processes of Kangxianfang as the research object,the content of polysaccharide in the extract as the index,and the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry as the detection method,the orthogonal optimization method was used to optimize the best water extraction process,the best ultrasonic-assisted extraction process and the best enzymatic hydrolysis extraction process of Kangxianfang.The advantages and disadvantages of the three extraction processes were compared according to the experimental results.Results Among the three extraction processes,the polysaccharide contents in the water extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and enzymatic extraction were 9.80 mg/ml,7.82 mg/ml and 7.05 mg/ml,respectively.Conclusion In the comparative experiment of three different extraction processes of Kangxianfang,the water extraction method is obviously superior to the ultrasonic-assisted method and the enzymatic hydrolysis extraction method.
