摘　　要：档案职业技能竞赛作为实施人才强档工程的重要举措,在推动技术创新、提高业务水平、促进事业发展方面优势显著。通过文献分析和网络调查,就党的十八大以来我国31个省份档案职业技能竞赛的实施现状展开调研,从竞赛体系、考察内容、参与对象和宣传激励等方面进行深入分析,提出完善结构布局、丰富考察内容、扩大参赛规模、强化宣传激励等优化策略,以期为推进我国档案职业技能竞赛创新发展提供参考。As an important initiative to implement the project of strengthening archives with talents,archive vocational skills competition has significant advantages in promoting technical innovation,improving business level and promoting career development.Through literature analysis and network investigation,the current situation of the implementation of archival vocational skills competition in 3l provinces(municipalities)in China since the 18th CPC National Congress was investigated,and in-depth analyses were carried out in terms of the competition system,investigation content,participating objects and publicity incentives,and optimization strategies such as improving the structural layout,enriching the investigation content,expanding the scale of participation and strengthening the publicity and incentives,with a view to providing references for promoting the innovation and development of China's archival vocationalskills competitions.
