摘　　要：目的分析Roux-en-Y胃旁路(Roux-en-Y gastric bypass,RYGB)术研究方向与热点。方法检索2012—2021年Web of Science发表的RYGB相关文献,运用文献计量方法对RYGB增长趋势、全球出版物的贡献、机构、作者和期刊进行统计分析。使用R 4.2.1软件中的文献计量包和VOSviewer 1.6.18软件进行数据整理、共引用和关键词可视化分析。结果本研究纳入4219篇文献,2012—2021年RYGB出版物数量稳步增加(R2=0.9599)。发表RYGB相关研究最多的期刊是Obesity Surgery。在肥胖外科中发表的关于RYGB主题的论文主要来自于美国,并且美国与其他国家或地区有相对更多的互动。最高共引分析显示,RYGB用于治疗肥胖性的2型糖尿病是研究主题,且2型糖尿病与减重密切相关。被引用次数较多的论文的主题集中在并发症、死亡率、修复手术和体重反弹。在对包含体重反弹这一主题进行分析显示,研究人员关注的是病态肥胖。结论2型糖尿病、修正手术、体重反弹、并发症是减重代谢研究的关键话题,未来研究人员应致力于探索RYGB的机制、优缺点及在不同人群中的适用性。Objective To analyze the research direction and hotspots of Roux-en-Y gastric bypass(RYGB)surgery.Methods Publications related to RYGB from 2012 to 2022(excluding 2022)were retrieved from the Web of Science,and bibliometric methods were used to statistically analyze the growth trends of publications and contributions of countries/regions to global publications,institutions,authors,and journals.Data were processed and visualized using the bibliometric package in R software 4.2.1 and VOSviewer 1.6.18 software.Results A total of 4219 articles were included for analysis.Over the past ten years,the number of publications on RYGB has steadily increased(R2=0.9599).The highest number of RYGB-related research publications were published in the journal Obesity Surgery.The United States contributed the most to RYGB research in the field of bariatric surgery and had relatively more interactions with other countries/regions.The highest co-citation analysis revealed that RYGB for treating obesity-related type 2 diabetes is a frequently discussed topic among researchers.Further analysis of research on type 2 diabetes demonstrates its close association with weight loss.Articles with higher citation frequencies focus on complications,mortality,revision surgeries,and weight regain.Analysis of the weight regain research indicated that researchers were concerned with morbid obesity.Conclusions Although the number of RYGB surgeries has declined,key topics in metabolic research,such as type 2 diabetes,revisional surgery,weight regain,and complications continue to drive interest among researchers.This sustained interest underscores ongoing efforts to explore the mechanisms,benefits,limitations,and applicability of RYGB across diverse populations.
