摘  要:通过Kano模型分析艺术类在校大学生创新创业需求类型,为改进创新创业服务质量提供参考。首先,借助用户旅程图、用户访谈等形式收集艺术类在校大学生创新创业初始需求。其次,基于Kano模型,将收集整理的目标用户需求进行整体的属性归类,借助Better-Worse四象限散点图进行需求的敏感度和重要度排序。最后,根据调研结果,提出艺术类在校大学生创新创业的服务设计策略和小程序设计方案。Kano模型能科学分析艺术类在校大学生的创新创业需求,指导服务设计策略,并以服务设计模型进行验证,从而有效地提升服务质量。Through Kano model,the types of demands for innovation and entrepreneurship among art college students are analyzed,so as to provide reference for improving the innovation and entrepreneurship service quality for art college students.Firstly,the initial needs of innovation and entrepreneurship of art college students were collected by means of user route map,user interview.Secondly,based on Kano model,attributes of innovation and entrepreneurship demands of target users are classified,and sensitivity and importance of demands are sorted by means of Better-Worse four-quadrant scatter plot.Finally,according to the survey results,the design strategy and design practice of innovation and entrepreneurship service for art college students are proposed.Kano model can scientifically analyze the innovation and entrepreneurship needs of art college students,it guides us to bring out the design strategy of the service and verifies it with the design service model,so as to effectively improve the quality of service.
