摘　　要：党组织是党开展思想政治教育的核心组织。高校学生党组织作为高校开展思想政治工作的主要力量,在加强基层党组织建设与培养党的建设者和接班人方面具有政治引航、价值引领、行动指导的重要作用。新时代的高校学生党组织必须以组织建设为抓手,加强青年学生的思想政治教育,选拔优秀的党员干部,监督规范党员的行为,优化学生党组织工作体制,更好地为党的事业培养有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心的后继者。The party organization is the core organization of the CPC to carry out ideological and political education.The university student party organization as the main force to carry out ideological and political work in colleges and universities,in strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organizations and training party builders and successors plays an important role in political navigation,value guidance and action guidance.College student party organizations in the new era must take organizational construction as the starting point,strengthen the ideological and political education of young students,select excellent party members and cadres,supervise and regulate the behavior of party members,optimize the work system of student party organizations,and better train successors with ideals and beliefs,moral sentiments,solid knowledge and benevolence for the cause of the CPC.
