摘 要:目的 探讨血清PCNA、IGF-1的表达与肺癌患者预后的关系。方法 选取80例肺癌患者和80例肺部良性病变患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将80例肺癌患者列为观察组,另将80例肺部良性病变患者列为对照组,并参照世界卫生组织(WHO)实体瘤疗效评价标准(RECIST)将治疗后的肺癌患者分为预后良好组(n=65)和预后不良组(n=15)。检测所有研究对象血清增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平,并对比分析。分析肺癌患者血清PCNA、IGF-1水平对肺癌预后的预测效能及其与预后不良的相关性。结果 观察组血清PCNA、IGF-1表达阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清PCNA、IGF-1的表达水平相比对照组显著更高(P<0.05)。与预后良好组比较,预后不良组患者的血清PCNA、IGF-1表达水平明显更高(P<0.05);与单一血清PCNA、IGF-1检测比较,血清PCNA与IGF-1联合检测在肺癌预后预测中的灵敏度、特异度明显更高(P<0.05);血清PCNA、IGF-1与肺癌患者的预后呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论 血清PCNA、IGF-1与肺癌预后具有相关性,可通过检测其表达水平的方式预测肺癌的预后。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of serum PCNA and IGF-1 and the prognosis of patients with lung cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 lung cancer patients and 80 lung benign lesions patients.80 lung cancer patients were included in the observation group,and 80 lung benign lesions patients were included in the control group.According to the World Health Organization(WHO)Solid Tumor Efficacy Evaluation Criteria(RECIST),patients underwent surgery were divided into a good prognosis group(n=65)and a poor prognosis group(n=15),and their serum proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and the levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)were detected and comparatively analyzed.Analyze the diagnostic efficacy of serum PCNA and IGF-1 levels in predicting the prognosis of lung cancer,as well as their correlation with poor prognosis.Results The positive rates of serum PCNA and IGF-1 expression in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The expression levels of serum PCNA and IGF-1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the good prognosis group,the expression levels of serum PCNA and IGF-1 in the poor prognosis group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with single serum PCNA and IGF-1 detection,the sensitivity and specificity of serum PCNA+IGF-1 combined detection in the prognosis prediction of lung cancer were significantly higher(P<0.05).Serum PCNA and IGF-1 were negatively correlated with the prognosis of patients with lung cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum PCNA and IGF-1 are correlated with the prognosis of lung cancer,and the prognosis of lung cancer can be predicted by detecting their expression levels.
