血清GPAA1、OPN表达与急性髓系白血病预后的关系

摘　　要：目的 探讨血清糖基磷脂酰肌醇锚定吸附蛋白1(GPAA1)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)的表达与急性髓系白血病(AML)预后的关系。方法 回顾性分析60例AML患者(观察组)和60例健康体检志愿者(对照组)的临床资料,并根据预后将观察组患者分为预后良好组(46例)和预后不良组(14例),均检测其血清GPAA1、OPN水平,并分析血清GPAA1、OPN水平对AML预后检测的诊断效能及相关性。结果 与对照组比较,观察组血清GPAA1、OPN表达水平明显更高(P<0.05);与预后良好组相比,预后不良组血清GPAA1、OPN表达水平明显更高(P<0.05);GPAA1+OPN联合检测对AML预后的诊断灵敏度、特异度明显高于GPAA1、OPN单独检测(P<0.05);血清GPAA1、OPN与AML预后呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论 血清GPAA1、OPN与AML预后存在一定关联,根据其表达水平变化情况,可有效判断患者的预后情况,可作为患者预后的预测指标。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of serum glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchored adsorption protein 1(GPAA1)and osteopontin(OPN)and the prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods Clinical data of 60 AML patients(observation group)and 60 healthy volunteers(control group)were retrospectively analyzed.Patients in the observation group were divided into a good prognosis group(46 cases)and a poor prognosis group(14 cases)based on their prognosis.Serum GPAA1 and OPN levels were measured in both groups,and the diagnostic efficacy and correlation of serum GPAA1 and OPN levels in AML prognosis detection were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the expression levels of serum GPAA1 and OPN in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05);Compared with the group with good prognosis,the expression levels of serum GPAA1 and OPN in the group with poor prognosis were significantly higher(P<0.05);The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of GPAA1+OPN combined detection for AML prognosis are significantly higher than those of GPAA1 and OPN alone detection(P<0.05);There was a negative correlation between serum GPAA1,OPN and the prognosis of AML(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between serum GPAA1 and OPN and the prognosis of AML.Based on the changes in their expression levels,the prognosis of patients can be effectively judged,and they can be used as predictive indicators for patient prognosis.
