摘 要:目的 分析人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)16/18感染与膀胱癌组织细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclinD1)、P53蛋白表达的相关性。方法 采集62例膀胱癌患者的癌组织和癌旁组织。采用免疫组化染色和半定量积分方法,检测HPV16/18、cyclinD1和P53蛋白在膀胱癌及癌旁组织中的表达水平,并分析其表达与膀胱癌临床病理特征的关系以及THPV16/18与cyclinD1、P53蛋白表达的相关性。结果 膀胱癌组织中,HPV16/18、cyclinD1和P53蛋白的阳性率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);HPV16/18、cyclinD1和P53蛋白阳性率病理分级高、临床分级高、有远处转移的膀胱癌组织分别高于病理分级低、临床分级低、无远处转移的膀胱癌组织(P<0.05);HPV16/18阳性组cyclinD1和P53蛋白阳性率高于HPV16/18阴性组(P<0.05);膀胱癌组织中HPV16/18表达与cyclinD1表达无相关性(P>0.05),与P53蛋白表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HPV16/18、cyclinD1和P53蛋白均参与了膀胱癌的发生和发展,HPV16/18可以影响P53蛋白的表达,参与膀胱癌的进展。Objective To analyze the correlation between human papilloma virus(HPV)16/18 infection and cyclin D1(cyclinD1),P53 protein in bladder cancer tissues.Methods The cancer tissues and para-cancerous tissues from 62 patients with bladder cancer were collected.The expression levels of HPV16/18,cyclinD1 and P53 protein in bladder cancer tissues and para-cancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining and semi-quantitative scoring method.The relationship between their expressions and clinicopathological characteristics of bladder cancer,and the correlation between THPV16/18 and cyclinD1,p53 protein were analyzed.Results The positive rates of HPV16/18,cyclinD1 and P53 protein in bladder cancer tissues were higher than those in para-cancerous tissues(P<0.05).In bladder cancer tissues,positive rates of HPV16/18,cyclinD1 and P53 protein in patients with high pathological grading,high clinical staging and distant metastasis were higher than those with low pathological grading,low clinical staging and distant non-metastasis(P<0.05).The positive rate of cyclinD1 and P53 protein in HPV16/18 positive group were higher than those in HPV16/18 negative group(P<0.05).In bladder cancer tissues,HPV16/18 was not correlated with cyclinD1(P>0.05),while positively correlated with P53 protein(P<0.05).Conclusion HPV16/18,cyclinD1 and P53 protein are all involved in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer.HPV16/18 can affect the expression of P53 protein and participate in the progression of bladder cancer.
