摘 要:可拆卸式司机室可显著提高其内部设备的装配效率及可维修性,但车体耐撞性不足。文章以某型机车为研究对象,对基于可拆卸式司机室的车体结构及其耐撞性进行了研究,并建立有限元模型进行了仿真分析。结果表明:该车体具有良好的耐撞性,纵向耐撞性能超过标准BS EN 15227:2020对采用中央钩缓系统的重载机车的要求;横向在承受300 kN载荷碰撞时,车体不产生永久变形。The detachable cab can significantly improve the assembly efficiency and maintainability of its internal equipment,but the car body crashworthiness is insufficient.In this paper,a certain type of locomotive is taken as the object of study.The structure and crashworthiness of the car body based on detachable cab are investigated,and finite element modeling is performed for simulation analysis.The results show that the car body has excellent crashworthiness,and the longitudinal crashworthiness exceeds the requirements of BS EN 15227:2020 for heavy-duty locomotives with a central coupler buffer system.When subjected to a collision load of 300 kN horizontally,the car body does not undergo permanent deformation.
