摘 要:新教育公平理念是基于教育领域主要矛盾的变化和教育公平内涵自身发展的需求而提出的一种新的应对思路。文章将此作为一种方法论,用以重新审视当前高校师生平等关系中存在的问题。研究发现,“人”的缺位弱化了高校师生平等关系的育人性;以社会公平替代教育公平的传统导向加固了高校师生平等关系的刻板状态;人才培养质量决定高校师生平等关系的层次和水平。在新教育公平理念的启发下,文章提出高校师生平等关系的重构路径,首先,应复归人的核心地位,为高校师生关系奠定平等基石;其次,要维护实质公平,为高校师生平等关系构建亲善氛围;最后,需落实过程公平,回归高校师生平等关系的育人本质。The new concept of educational equity is a new approach proposed based on the changes in the main contradictions in the field of education and the needs for the development of the connotation of educational equity itself.The article uses this as a methodology to re-examine the problems in the current relationship between teachers and students in higher education institutions.Research has found that the absence of“people”weakens the educational nature of equal relationships between teachers and students.Inspired by the new concept of educational equity,the article proposes a reconstruction path for the equal relationship.Firstly,the core position of individuals should be restored,laying the foundation for equality in the relationship between teachers and students;Secondly,it is necessary to maintain substantive fairness and build a friendly atmosphere for equal relationships between teachers and students;Finally,it is necessary to implement process fairness and return to the educational essence of equal relationship between teachers and students.
