摘　　要：本文依据图里和切斯特曼的翻译规范理论,构建了由文本选择、译文结构、翻译模式和翻译策略四个要素构成的少数民族口传文学英译的描写模式,并应用该模式,以苗族古歌为例,对我国少数民族口传文学英译作品按历时顺序分阶段进行描写,总结了影响我国少数民族口传文学英译的因素,以及译文结构、翻译模式等方面发生的多元变化。Drawing upon the translation norms proposed by Toury and Chesterman,this paper delves into constructing a descriptive framework for the English translation of Chinese minority oral literature.This model encompasses four fundamental components:the selection of the original text,the translation structure,the translation mode,and the translation strategy.By employing this model,this paper presents a diachronic analysis of the English translations of ancient songs of the Miao ethnic group,offering a comprehensive portrayal of the translation of oral literature.Additionally,this paper summarizes the various factors that influence the English translation of Chinese oral literature,highlighting the shifts in translation structure,mode,and other aspects.
