摘 要:教科文组织在2021年3月12日通过的《联合国教科文组织教育领域技术创新战略(2021—2025年)》对未来五年信息通信技术在教育领域中的应用和创新做了系统谋划。从文本看,文件在明确教育领域技术创新的全球愿景后,凸显了教科文组织在教育领域技术应用和创新中的三项核心职能,并据此设计了三个行动领域,最后从机构设置、宣传、财政支持等方面部署了推进策略。在以数字化开辟教育发展新赛道的新时代,不仅要引导教师掌握信息通信技术融入具体教学工作的基本要领,持续提升成人教育教师信息通信技术应用能力,而且要系统培育成人教育教师的教育公平意识和能力,实现优势教育资源同质共享;更要围绕偏远地区的成人线上教学开展技术援助,在缩小“数字鸿沟”的同时提升成人教育质量。On March 12,2021,UNESCO adopted the Innovative Strategy for Technological Advancement in Education(2021-2025),which systematically plans for the application and innovation of information and communication technology(ICT)in the field of education over the next five years.From the text,the document first defines the global vision for technological innovation in the field of education,then highlights three core functions of UNESCO in the application and innovation of technologies in education,and accordingly designs three action areas.Finally,deployment strategies are made in terms of institutional setting,publicity,and financial support.In the new era where education development opens up new tracks through digitalization,it is necessary not only to guide teachers in grasping the basic principles of integrating ICT into specific teaching tasks and continuously improving their ability to apply ICT in adult education but also to systematically cultivate their awareness and ability of educational equity,so as to achieve homogeneous sharing of high-quality educational resources.Furthermore,technical assistance should be provided for online teaching for adults in remote areas in order to narrow the digital divide while improving the quality of adult education.
