模块化实践教学在“药事管理学”教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探讨模块化实践在药事管理学课程教学中的应用。方法将药事管理学课程内容分为药品管理、生产、经营、研发、使用五大模块,分别进行各具特色的实践教学,并进行了过程性评价。结果结果表明模块化实践提高了学生的积极性与灵活运用知识的能力,同时融入思政元素,为学生树立责任、法治和诚信意识奠定基础。结论模块化实践教学适合培养应用型药学人才,值得进一步推广。OBJECTIVE This study aimed to explore the application of pharmaceutical practice in the teaching of pharmaceutical management courses.METHODS The content of this course was divided into five modules(Drug management,Drug manufacture,Drug supply,Drug research and development,and Drug use).Each module provided unique practical teaching and carries out process evaluation.RESULTS The data showed that social practice had improved students′enthusiasm and abilities to solve practical problems,while ideological and political education were integrated into the curriculum,laying the foundation for students to establish a spirit of responsibility,rule of law,and integrity.CONCLUSION Practical teaching was suitable for cultivating applied talents and worth further promotion.
