淀粉基氟酰胺缓释剂的制备及性能研究

摘  要:以淀粉为基材,利用60Coγ辐照接枝丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟丙酯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺等单体合成淀粉基材料,负载氟酰胺后制得氟酰胺缓释剂。通过扫描电镜、红外光谱和动力学分析,探究氟酰胺缓释剂的稳定性、载药量以及不同缓释方法和不同温度下的缓释性能。结果表明:该缓释剂相较于氟酰胺粉剂具有更优异的稳定性;载药量为11.35%,具有良好的缓释和温度响应释放性能;不同温度下的释放行为符合Korsmeyer Peppas动力学模型,拟合度为0.9905~0.9913,药物释放机制为Fick扩散。A starch-based material was synthesized by grafting polymerization of starch with acrylic acid,hydroxypropyl acrylate,and N-methylol acrylamide by 60Coγ-ray radiation,and it was subsequently loaded with flutolanil to prepare a slow-release flutolanil agent.The stability,drug loading capacity,and slow release performance of the agent under different slow-release methods and temperatures were characterized by transmission electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,and kinetic analysis.The results showed that the slow-release agent had better stability than flutolanil powder.It exhibited good slow-release and thermal-responsive release performance with the drug loading capacity of 11.35%.The release kinetics at different temperatures could be fitted by the Korsmeyer 2 Peppas model,with the R ranging from 0.9905 to 0.9913,indicating that the release followed the Fick’s law of diffusion.
