中医护理骨干人才扮演角色与所需核心能力的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探索中医护理骨干人才所扮演的角色和需具备的核心能力。方法采用质性研究的方法,2023年8月对15名中医护理骨干人才进行半结构访谈,运用Colaizzi现象学资料七步分析法进行归纳分析并提炼主题。结果共提炼出2大主题、10个亚主题。主题一:中医护理骨干人才扮演的角色(临床护理实践者、指导者、教育者及科研者)。主题二:中医护理骨干人才需具备的核心能力(中医护理能力、沟通协调能力、教学能力、管理能力、科研能力及个人特质)。结论中医护理骨干人才承担着多元化的角色,需具备多方面的核心能力,应重视和加强培训及考核,以适应中医护理学科的发展需求。Objective To explore the role and the key competencies of the backbone talents of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods In April 2023,a total of 15 backbone talents of TCM nursing were conducted the semi-structural interviews by using the method of quality research,and the seven step separation method of Colaizzi's modern materials was used to analyze and extract the theme.Results A total of 2 major themes and 10 sub-themes were extracted.Topic 1:The role of TCM nursing backbone talents was played(clinical nursing practitioners,instructors,educators,and researchers).Topic 2:The core competence of TCM nursing backbone talents was resquested(TCM nursing ability,communication and coordination ability,teaching ability,management ability,scientific research ability,and personal characteristics).Conclusion The backbone talents of TCM nursing play a diversified role and need to have various core competencies.The training and assessment should be emphasized and strengthened to meet the development needs of TCM nursing discipline.
