摘  要:为完善与提升民办职校校园文化建设,通过实地考察一所民办职校校园文化重塑过程,采用民族志、访谈等研究方法,提出民办职校校园文化建设应重视校长领导作用,促进校企文化融合,形成师生共同愿景,并推动职普教育融合发展。To improve and enhance the construction of campus culture in private vocational schools,a field study was conducted to observe the process of reshaping campus culture at G school.Utilizing ethnography,interviews,and other methods,the research emphasizes the importance of the principal’s leadership in the construction of campus culture in private vocational schools.It proposes integrating school-enterprise cultures,forming a shared vision among teachers and students,and promoting the integration and development of vocational education with general education.
