摘　　要：企业家是促进经济发展和社会进步的重要因素,在我国的经济和社会发展中起着举足轻重的作用。新时代赋予了企业家精神不同的内涵,包括爱国精神、创新精神、诚信精神、担当精神和开放精神。立足新时代,既要坚守弘扬企业家精神的底线原则,又要创新企业家精神的传承形式,在守正与创新的辩证统一中传承与弘扬企业家精神,这对于全面建设社会主义现代化强国具有重要的意义。Entrepreneurship is a major factor in promoting social and economic develbpment and plays anessential role in the economic and social development of our country.The new era has endowed entrepreneurship with different connotations,including the spirit of patriotism,innov ation,integrity,responsibility and openness.Based on the new era,we should not only adhere to the bottom-line principle of carrying forward entrepreneurship,but also innovate the inheritance form of entrepreneurship.Inheriting and developing the entrepreneurial spirit in the dialectical unity of upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground is of great significance for building a great modern socialist country in all respects.
