摘 要:为改善高频超声波系统由谐振频率跟踪性能不足导致的低功率传输问题,对系统自适应处理能力加以改进。以一参数已知的超声换能器作为研究对象,围绕其搭建实验平台,建立以超声换能器工作频率、工作电流有效值为输入参数,超声驱动信号频率为输出参数的预测控制模型并嵌入单片机中,与直接数字频率合成器元件共同组成控制核心,实时预测控制供能端驱动信号频率,跟踪输出端谐振频率。实验结果显示,该技术可以有效控制超声驱动信号频率且系统跟踪调谐精度的相对误差在0.82%以内,使得输出功率误差最大为6.51%,平均控制时长为0.96 s,显著提高系统频率跟踪效果。同时,该实验方法提供了一种可以有效建立高频超声波系统预测控制模型的参考,具有较强的适用性。In order to improve the low-power conversion problem caused by insufficient resonant frequency tracking performance of high-frequency ultrasonic systems,its adaptive processing ability is improved.An experimental platform is built around an ultrasonic transducer with known parameters,a predictive control model with the operating frequency and root mean square working current of the ultrasonic transducer as input parameters and the ultrasonic driving signal frequency as the output parameter is established and embedded in the microcomputer,the direct digital synthesis component is combined to form a control core to predict and control the driving signal frequency of the energy supply end in real time and track the resonant frequency of the output end.The experimental results show that the technology can effectively control the ultrasonic driving signal frequency and the relative error of the system tracking tuning accuracy is within 0.82%,the maximum output power error is 6.51%,and the average control time is 0.96 s,which significantly improves the system frequency tracking effect,and at the same time,the experimental method provides a reference that can effectively establish a predictive control model of high-frequency ultrasonic system.
