摘　　要：质子放射治疗是先进的、不良反应小、治愈率及精确度高的肿瘤放射治疗方法,构建完善、科学、系统的质子放射治疗标准体系,用标准化的手段指导质子放射治疗健康、有序开展,能够规范行业发展,促进技术更新,最终提升治疗水平。安徽省质量和标准化研究院于2021年9月—2023年12月期间开展了质子放射治疗标准体系研究,调研了相关国家、行业、地方、团体标准,以及国际先进标准,初步构建了质子放射治疗标准体系,以期为后续质子放射治疗标准化发展奠定基础。Proton radiation therapy is an advanced tumor radiation therapy method with little adverse reaction,high cure rate and high accuracy.Constructing a complete,scientific and systematical standards system for proton radiation therapy and guiding the healthy and orderly development of proton radiation therapy by means of standardization can regulate the industrial development,promote technological updating,and ultimately enhance the level of patient treatment.The Anhui Institute of Quality and Standardization conducted a research on the standards system for proton radiation therapy from September 2021 to December 2023,investigated relevant national,industrial,local and association standards,as well as international advanced standards.A standards system of proton radiation therapy has been initially developed,in order to lay the foundation for the subsequent development of standardization of proton radiation therapy.
