摘　　要：石油石化行业的工程建设项目作为国家或地方的重点工程建设项目,建设质量备受各界关注,同时具有工程量大、建设周期长、技术难度高、涉及专业众多及健康安全环保风险大的特点。基于此,为了提高工程建设项目的安全性及稳定性,建立一套完善的QHSE管理体系是十分关键且必要的。本文结合管理实践,对石油石化工程建设企业QHSE管理体系建立的必要性及实施进行探讨。The engineering construction projects in the petrochemical industry,as key construction projects at national or local level,have attracted attention from all walks of life for their construction quality.At the same time,they have the characteristics of large engineering quantity,long construction period,high technical difficulty,involving numerous specialties,and high health,safety,and environmental risks.Based on this,it is crucial and necessary to establish a comprehensive QHSE management system in order to improve the safety and stability of engineering construction projects.This article explores the establishment and implementation of a QHSE management system for petrochemical engineering construction enterprises,based on management practices.
