摘 要:为了提高汽车悬架的平顺性能,提出了一种疏水微孔型材料的悬架弹簧。首先介绍了低压分子弹簧悬架疏水微孔型材料的制备,并利用拉普拉斯毛细管原理阐述了其工作机理。基于流体静力学原理建立了被动悬架刚度模型,利用平均法求解了非线性动力系统的主共振响应,通过MATLAB Simulink对被动悬架的性能进行了仿真,并基于加权均方根加速度对其平顺性进行了评价。研究结果表明,新型悬架的固有频率、悬架挠度和加权加速度均满足设计目标。最后通过搭建试验平台,进一步验证了所提悬架系统的有效性,表明新型悬架具有较强的工程应用价值。In order to improve the ride comfort of automotive suspension,a suspension spring made of hydrophobic microporous material was proposed.Firstly,the preparation of hydrophobic microporous materials for low pressure molecular spring suspensions is introduced,and its working mechanism is explained using the Laplace capillary principle.Based on the principle of hydrostatics,a stiffness model of the passive suspension is established,and the main resonance response of the nonlinear dynamic system is solved using the averaging method.The performance of the passive suspension is simulated using MATLAB Simulink,and its ride comfort is evaluated based on the weighted root mean square acceleration.The research results show that the natural frequency,suspension deflection,and weighted acceleration of the new suspension meet the design objectives.Finally,by building a test platform,the effectiveness of the proposed suspension system is further verified,indicating that the new suspension has strong engineering application value.
